More Quilts

Below are quilts that have been juried into and displayed at shows, as well as some information about the creation process.

She’s Like A Rainbow – Wearable Art, Mancuso Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival, 2023

I created this two piece quilt dress first to enter in my guild’s challenge for 2022, which was rainbow.

I started by creating a One Block Wonder quilt using Maxine Rosenthal’s book and panels from Timeless Treasure’s Rainbow Rose by Chong-A Hwang. The bodice top was made with a modified version of Mood Fabric’s Spearmint Corset (free pattern)

Before Waking – Mid-Century Modern Contest, Mancuso Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival, 2025

This quilt was inspired by the works of artists Joan Miró and Victor Vasarely and created using paper piecing, inset circles, improv curves, and bias tape applique.

The Road Home – AQS QuiltWeek Grand Rapids, 2022

I designed this quilt for my guild’s 2021 challenge, log cabins. It consists entirely of log cabin variations, from corner log cabins to courthouse steps. This is one I have made that I intend on recreating and releasing as a pattern, so keep an eye out for a release in late 2026!
